Unlike traditional outsourcing models, DiscoverIT Solutions’ Managed Services are designed to keep you in control of your IT environment. Rather than expecting you to hand over your entire IT workload, our approach offers the freedom to choose which part of the IT environment to outsource, and decide how and to what extent to share the load with us. Whether you need on-site or remote management, whether you want to offload all or part of your IT environment, we will build a solution that meets your specific business requirements.

The problem with outsourcers

Where do we begin?

After initial discussion of the broad scope of your goals and objectives, DiscoverIT Solutions will conduct an Evaluation and Planning Workshop designed to help understand the current IT environment. The questions to be answered include:

• What is your IT vision and strategy for the next 2+ years?
• How does it align and support the overall business strategy?
• What obstacles might prevent you from achieving your strategy and vision?
• How is your overall budget broken down?..what % is CAPEX…what % is OPEX?
• What is the impact of each on the business?
• The business expectations of the IT services and any existing Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
• Capability of IT to deliver to those expectations focusing on the people, processes, and technologies currently employed to enable successful management of IT Operations

 

Once the workshop is completed, DiscoverIT Solutions will work with you to identify alternative solutions and analyze them to arrive at the one that best meets your business needs. DiscoverIT Solutions will then partner with you to implement and manage this solution.
