Overview

Design, install, and configure 4 physical servers (4 media servers in global zones, 1 master and 1 nom in local zones) on 4 separate hosts (“Software”). Implementation will provide a foundation for highly scalable SAN solution for the Backup Environment. Install and integrate NetBackup 6.5.x media Server software on the 4 separate SAN Attached hosts. Perform NetBackup Master Server Catalog conversion to support the additional Media Servers in a Shared Storage Environment (SSO option).
